For barbers

A stamp card that brings clients back for the next cut.

A stamp per cut and a free one at the end of the card, kept in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Clients join by scanning a code at your chair or desk. Nothing to download.

  • A stamp per cut
  • A message on their lock screen
  • Birthday bonuses that add themselves
  • Referral rewards for both sides

Your 14 days start the day your card goes live, not the day you sign up.

No till integration to set up. Your staff scan cards with a phone.

Why it fits

Made for the cut every few weeks.

A nudge when they are due

See which clients have gone quiet and send them one message. It lands on their lock screen, on the card they already carry.

Clients who bring a friend

Every client gets a code to share. You choose what each side earns, and it only pays out when the friend comes in for their first cut.

A birthday bonus that sends itself

If you ask for a birthday when clients join, their card gets a bonus on the day without anyone having to remember it.

Example rewards

What you could set up on day one.

Examples of what the product can do, not stories from real shops. You choose your own rewards.

Example

A free cut after six

One stamp per cut. The sixth is on the house, and the card starts again.

Example

A bonus stamp on their birthday

Added to the card on the day, so nobody has to keep a list of dates.

Example

A stamp for both sides of a referral

The client who shares their code and the friend who sits down for a first cut both earn one.

How it works

Three steps, and you are running a loyalty programme.

Nothing to install for you or your customers. If you can print a QR code and use a phone, you have everything you need.

  1. Put your code on the counter

You get one QR code per location. Print it, stick it by the till, and that is the whole setup. Customers can also join from a link you share.

    Scan to get your card

  2. They add the card to their phone

Name and email, then the card is in their wallet. No account, no password, no app store. It works the same on iPhone and Android.

Add to Apple WalletAdd to Google Wallet
  3. You scan, the card updates itself

Scan their code at the till and the stamp appears on their phone straight away. When they earn a reward, their lock screen tells them.

Questions

What barbers ask first.

Does it take bookings?

No. iStampr is the loyalty card only, so it runs next to however you take appointments today, walk-ins included.

How do I remind clients to come back?

The dashboard shows who has not been in for a while, and you can send them one message. It appears on their lock screen, on the card itself.

Can each barber scan from their own phone?

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited staff accounts. Each barber signs in to the cashier app on their own phone and can only do what they need at the chair.

Stamps or points: which suits a barbershop?

Most barbers use stamps, because one cut is one visit. Points suit you better if you also sell products or services at very different prices.

Do my clients need to download an app?

No. The card goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on their phone. They scan a code, fill in their name and email, and the card is there.
