How billing works
- Prices are per month, in US dollars, and exclude VAT.
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start it.
- You pay by invoice, each month in advance. There is no card on file and nothing is taken automatically.
- No fee per customer, no cut of what you sell, no setup fee.
- Opening another location moves you to the next plan from the month it opens.
- If the trial ends without a plan, your account becomes read-only. Your customers keep their cards and everything on them.

Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts when we finish setting up your account with you, and there is nothing to enter for it.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not chosen a plan, your account becomes read-only: you cannot add stamps or points until it is active again. Your customers keep their cards and everything on them, and nothing is deleted.
How do I pay?
By invoice. We send it for the plan that matches your number of locations. There is no card on file and nothing is charged automatically.
Is there a fee per customer or per stamp?
No. The price depends only on how many locations you run. Customers, staff accounts and stamps are not counted.
What if I open another location?
Tell us and your price moves to the next plan from the month it opens. Nothing in your account changes and nobody loses a stamp.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Each month is billed in advance, so the month already started is not refunded.
