For cafés

A digital stamp card for your café.

One stamp a coffee and a free one at ten, kept in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet instead of a paper card. Customers join by scanning a code on your counter. No app to download.

  • A stamp a coffee, a free one at ten
  • Smaller rewards along the way
  • Double stamps on a quiet day
  • Staff scan with any phone

Your 14 days start the day your card goes live, not the day you sign up.

No till integration to set up. Your staff scan cards with a phone.

Why it fits

Made for a counter with a queue.

Two taps a customer

Staff scan the customer’s code on any phone, and the stamp appears on their card straight away. No terminal to buy, nothing to connect to your till.

A card nobody leaves at home

It lives in the wallet on their phone, so it cannot be lost, forgotten or left half-stamped in another coat.

Busier quiet days

Run double stamps on a slow day or for a launch week. Set the dates once and it applies itself at the till.

Example rewards

What you could set up on day one.

Examples of what the product can do, not stories from real shops. You choose your own rewards.

Example

Free coffee at ten stamps

One stamp per coffee. The tenth is on the house, and the card starts again.

Example

A pastry at six

A smaller reward along the way gives people a reason to come back before the card is full.

Example

Double stamps for a new drink

A campaign for the week a new drink launches, at one location or all of them.

How it works

Three steps, and you are running a loyalty programme.

Nothing to install for you or your customers. If you can print a QR code and use a phone, you have everything you need.

  1. Put your code on the counter

You get one QR code per location. Print it, stick it by the till, and that is the whole setup. Customers can also join from a link you share.

    Scan to get your card

  2. They add the card to their phone

Name and email, then the card is in their wallet. No account, no password, no app store. It works the same on iPhone and Android.

Add to Apple WalletAdd to Google Wallet
  3. You scan, the card updates itself

Scan their code at the till and the stamp appears on their phone straight away. When they earn a reward, their lock screen tells them.

The same loyalty card after four visits, four stamps filled in

Questions

What cafés ask first.

My regulars already have paper cards. What happens to them?

They scan the code on your counter to join and carry on from where they were. Nobody has to start again.

What do I need at the counter?

A phone. Your staff sign into the cashier app and scan the customer’s code. There is nothing to connect to your existing till.

Stamps or points: which suits a café?

Most cafés use stamps, because one coffee is one visit and everyone understands a ten-stamp card. Points suit you better if what people spend varies a lot.

Can I ask happy customers for a Google review?

Yes. A couple of hours after a visit, never at the till, the card invites the customer to review you on Google. One tap takes them straight there.
