Something not working? Tell us.

One form, read by the people who actually build iStampr. There is no phone queue and no ticket number to chase. We reply within one working day.

You run a shop with iStampr

Rewards, locations, staff and your card design are all in the dashboard. If something there is not behaving, tell us which business and which location and we will look at your account.

Open the dashboard

You have a card from a shop

Your card sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and updates itself, so there is nothing to install or reinstall. Stamps, points and rewards are set by the shop that gave you the card, so they can fix a missed scan fastest. Anything about your own data, ask us.

Tell us what happened

Only your email is needed. Everything else just means the first reply is useful rather than a request for more information. If you would rather write to us directly, use[email protected].

Who are you?
What is it about?

Where we reply. If you have a loyalty card, using the address on the card helps us find it.

Worth including, if you have it

Any of these. None are required.

Common fixes

Things you can settle in a minute.

My stamps or points did not appear.

The card updates itself, usually within a minute or two of the scan, so it is worth checking again before anything else. If the scan was missed at the till, the shop can add it by hand from their side — they have a record of your card. Ask them first, and tell us if it keeps happening.

I have a new phone. Do I lose my stamps?

No. Your balance belongs to your account, not to the phone. Open the link in the welcome email you got when you joined and the same card is added again with the same balance.

My phone cannot add the card.

The same link opens a web version of your card with the same balance and the same code to show at the till, so you can still collect and redeem without a wallet pass.

One of my staff cannot sign in.

An owner can reset them from the team page in the dashboard. If they never finished setting up, the invitation link is still in the email they were sent — resending it is enough.

How do I get my data removed?

Use the form on this page from the address on your card and say what you want removed. The shop you joined decides what happens to the records it holds, so we act on it with them. What we collect and why is set out on our privacy page.
